Lane Cove Return and Earn offers a bin and bag collection service.  Your initial bin payment is $70 upon applying for a bin, it is then $50 per year for the service, payable annually in January. When your bin is full simply book your collection online.

For the bag collection service, you pay an initial $50 for the service and then the service fee is charged annually in January.

Once you have registered for an account you simply log in and book your pick-up.  Your bin will be collected and swapped for a clean empty bin. Once processed your refund will appear directly in your nominated bank account within 10 days of collection. (please note that once you have paid for your bin it will be automatically delivered to you within an estimated 10 days.)

If for whatever reason your bin is not collected on the booked night, there is no need to rebook your collection.

Payment Terms

Refunds are generally paid by us to you within 10 days of the collection taking place. Payments of refunds are paid via EFT directly into a bank account nominated by you. If you are dropping off your bottles and cans you will receive a cash refund or eft payment depending on your choice.
