IMPORTANT:

If bin is not accessible or half full the job will be cancelled, and customer will need to rebook it again for collection and a $5.00 fee may be charged.

If the bin is highly contaminated, or full of ineligible materials a $5.00 fee may be charged.

If the bin is lost , stolen or damaged beyond repair, whilst in customers care they must replace it at their own cost.
